This is firmware for the Cloud Mobile Stratus C5 Elite, dumped using mtkclient.

Notes:
  * The phone had an unlocked bootloader and "corrupted" verified boot state at the time of dumping.
  * As usual, the userdata partition is excluded.
  * The -a and -b suffixes indicate the active slot (inferred; I forgot to keep track of these).
